2019: Vision
Our founder, Mr. Cai Youquan, set his sights on the laser welding industry with foresight. With his keen insight into market demand, he led the team to deeply focus on handheld laser welding equipment. 
In just two years, Molten achieved a global sales milestone of over 5,000 units, securing the top spot as the industry’s sales leader.


2022: Challange
As traditional water-cooled equipment faced limitations such as overly large size, high logistics costs, and delayed after-sales support, hindering industry growth, Mr. Cai took on the mission of “reconstructing the industry ecosystem through technology.” 
Molten launched the “Air-Cooling Revolution Plan.” Based on an in-depth analysis of the pain points of over 7,000 end users, we established three key R&D principles: lightweight equipment, standardized processes, and modular services, with a commitment to breaking the industry’s “sales-driven, service-neglecting” mindset.


2023: The Answer
After 438 days and nights of research and testing, the Molten team completed over 2,000 hours of extreme environment testing (covering a full temperature range from -10°C to 45°C). Through seven product iterations and the adaptation of four core brand components, we successfully developed the world’s first air-cooled welding system, Molten Core, featuring the SkySmart intelligent welding head and our self-developed laser module.
